Growth Spurt

We finally got the growth chart back up on the wall in the right place. It fell a couple of months ago and the kids have been bugging me to get it back on the wall (correctly measured so we can see how they have grown). Of course when it was put up again yesterday in the right place everyone insisted on getting in line and checking out how "big" they are. Well, much to my surprise and their JOY, every single kid in this house has grown at least an inch since August. (two of them had grown an inch from June to August previously!) It all is beginning to make sense to me now...the need for an increase in the clothing budget, the fact that a couple of them have been walking around in "flood pants" or the fact that Dawn no longer looks cute on her little bike, instead she looks way too big for it! I had a little fun with the triplets last night when I got out some things from the attic and showed them their "coming home from the hospital" outfits. They lined up and "tried them on" for a picture pose. It is amazing and on days overwhelming to see what God has done!
