Here we are ready for the pool. The kids are so good at swimming this year that they are opening their eyes when they swim underwater. They all looked terrible after the first day at the pool with red swollen eyes. We went out and got them goggles and now Ryan and Dawn are pros at goggle wearing. Stacey likes me to put them on for her and then doesn't really like wearing them. She does about half the time so her eyes aren't quite so red. I often look down and see the orange pair laying right next to the pool bag and Stacey out swimming in the pool. Zach is loving life at the pool too. We found out that he doesn't have to wear the ear plugs in his ears at the pool since the splashing doesn't bother the tubes, just if he was to swim underwater which he of course doesn't do. Zach doesn't like to sit and splash, he loves to explore which keeps me on my toes. He also is a lot like his big brother Ryan who wanted me to "let go" of him when we were out in the deeper water. Zach wants to swim himself and sometimes gets mad if I have to hold on to him a little tighter when we are out in the deeper water together. He doesn't really belive that Mommy knows best. He loves to play in the water and now expects his snack of Cheerios when I strap him in the stroller to get ready to leave. Everyone
has already got a nice base for their summer tans!
